Engineering
We make use of the latest advanced technology to design, manufacture, install and commission hydraulic systems, manifold assemblies are designed and manufactured in house. All the control functions are integrated into one single manifold block. UHE provides solutions that are technologically advanced and more efficient.
Manufacturing
UHE manufactures Power packs, manifold blocks, hydraulic system complete with cylinders. We currently have the ability to manufacture any manifold block to our customer needs. We have various CNC Machines for high speed repetitive work and can service high volume markets.
Power Pack
UHE manufacture power packs using the latest technology in valve, pumping and motor controls. We take our customer needs and expectations to the next level. Power Packs are manufactured from as small as a 10L system to a 8000L Hydraulic system.
Hydraulic Systems
Systems are designed for various sectors to improve efficiency, production and to ensure that our customers run at maximum cost effectiveness.
Hydraulic cylinders
Hydraulic cylinders are manufactured in-house to the highest quality specifications and customer requirements. UHE can manufacture cylinders with a length of 6m and a 400/500 bore. Specialized techniques has been developed for cylinders moving at a high velocity.
Installation and commissioning
Hydraulic pipe work can be installed by our fitters who understand the necessity of precision and quality. UHE will take responsibility for a customer's job from start to end Maintenance manuals will be supplied on request. A critical spares list will be supplied with every system to ensure no future downtime.

Our Sales team are experienced in vast areas within the engineering industry. We strive to be a part of your processes and provide you with expert advise and solutions.
Repairs
Our test benches are state of the art and consists of the following:
• Directional control test bench
• Proportional control test bench
• Hydraulic Pump test bench
• Motor test bench
• Hydraulic cylinder test bench
Our repairs are tested simulating flow and pressure conditions , temperature ranges and oil viscosity in specified working conditions. We have the ability to service and repair ALL brands of hydraulic equipment to manufacturers specifications.
