UHE use the latest design software, Autocad, Autodesk and Inventor to design circuit drawings including mechanical layouts.
Machine shop
• Conventional Lathes, ranging from 11/2" to 6m, Swing capacity ranging from 660-1051mm
• Conventional Milling machines with digital read outs
• 40 Ton Eccentric Press
• Surface Grinder
• 2 off CNC lathes 1 1/2m capacity
• 4 Axis Machining Centre with a capacity of 1 1/2 ton, 1600 Y Axis/ 800 Z axis/ 800 X axis.
Test Benches
• Cylinder Test bench
• Proportional valve test bench
• Hydraulic cylinder strip bench with capacities of 50m
• Pump test bench ranging from 40L-500L
Projects
We have a 440 square high bay with a 10 ton overhead crane.
UHE have the ability to build small power packs up to mine machine rebuilds
